Your key responsibilities

As a Back of House Supervisor, working closely with the Back of House Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety across all back of house areas. You will supervise and support the team, allocate duties, conduct regular inspections, maintain cleaning schedules and records, monitor stock and equipment, ensure safe handling of chemicals and waste, and promptly address maintenance or operational issues. Working closely with other departments, you will ensure smooth operations while consistently maintaining the standards expected of a four- or five-star hotel.
