As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our discerning guests, adding your own flair and innovation to menu favourites. Reporting to the Executive Chef Brown's & Balmoral, Ross Sneddon, this role is ideal for an aspiring Senior Pastry Sous Chef looking for the first Head Pastry Chef role.
Along with delivering our dessert and pastry menu to the highest standards, and to budget, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside talented Pastry Sous Chef to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests. Ultimately, your skill, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
