Your key responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
- Carry out minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, lighting, furniture, and fixtures.
- Maintain room equipment, including air-conditioning units, TVs, safes, and door locks.
- Complete basic painting, carpentry, and refurbishment work as required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with hotel standards.
- Record maintenance activities accurately and respond quickly to guest and departmental requests.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.
- Carry out PRP (Perfect Room Programme).
