Your key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
- Responding to maintenance requests.
- Completing a variety of repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decorating, furniture, and fixture work.
- Conducting inspections and maintaining accurate records.
- Identifying hazards and supporting compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Working closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards throughout the hotel.
