Your key responsibilities:
- Join Rocco Forte Hotels as our Head Maitre'd and be the confident, polished face of our dining experience—delivering elegant service and a warm, memorable welcome.
- As part of The Drawing Room Management Team, you will lead by example, ensuring seamless service and exceeding guest expectations.
- You will master the menu, its provenance, and seasonal highlights, upholding high standards in presentation, service, and etiquette with attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.
- Create a welcoming, refined atmosphere for guests with natural authority and charisma.
- Lead and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Handle guest relations with discretion and diplomacy, resolving issues graciously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage floor operations during busy periods, overseeing pacing, guest seating, and VIP handling confidently.
