THE ROLE

As an Associate Personal Shopper, you will be the face of the Browns experience on the shop floor. Your primary focus is to provide a warm, expert welcome to every customer, delivering personalized styling and high‑level service that encourages immediate sales and long‑term loyalty. You will balance active floor engagement with strategic digital outreach, ensuring our clients feel connected to the Browns world both in‑person and remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Elevated Boutique Hosting: Act as a key ambassador on the shop floor, providing a warm and sophisticated welcome to walk‑in customers and delivering an immediate, high‑touch shopping experience.
