THE ROLE

As an Associate Personal Shopper, you will be the face of the Browns experience on the shop floor. Your primary focus is to provide a warm, expert welcome to every customer, delivering personalized styling and high‑level service that encourages immediate sales and long‑term loyalty. You will balance active floor engagement with strategic digital outreach, ensuring our clients feel connected to the Browns world both in‑person and remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Elevated Boutique Hosting: Act as a key ambassador on the shop floor, providing a warm and sophisticated welcome to walk‑in customers and delivering an immediate, high‑touch shopping experience.
  • Relationship Building: Focus on converting boutique traffic into a loyal, long‑term client base through intuitive service and consistent, thoughtful engagement.
  • Proactive Outreach: Use digital tools and messaging platforms to keep your developing client book informed of new arrivals, exclusive launches, and personalized styling recommendations.
  • Sales Performance: Drive revenue by identifying growth opportunities within your client segments and consistently exceeding service and sales objectives.
  • Boutique Operations: Support standard daily opening and closing procedures, including setting up product displays and conducting regular shop floor checks to maintain an immaculate environment at all times.
  • End‑to‑End Journey: Take full ownership of the customer experience, from the initial greeting and wardrobe in the boutique to seamless order fulfillment, returns, and aftercare.
  • Personalised Digital Edits: Curate and share unique, aesthetic product edits on and lookbooks tailored specifically to the tastes of your key clients, keeping them engaged with "new‑in" pieces.
  • System Proficiency: Confidently utilise retail and CRM tools (such as D365, Shopify, and Canva) to manage client data, track preferences, and ensure a streamlined service proposition.
  • Boutique Excellence: Maintain impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring the boutique remains a world‑class environment that reflects Browns' luxury positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Development Manager and the wider boutique team to support activations and share insights on client trends and feedback.
  • Agility: Remain open and adaptable to new tasks and projects, supporting the Personal Shopping team as the retail landscape evolves.
