Ready to move from the public sector or a corporate machine to a team-owned environment where you actually have the time to rebuild lives? At Browns Case Management, we’re looking for a Case Manager to join our sociable and supportive Standish team. We’re currently looking for a full-time professional to join the team, but we’re also open to considering a separate, additional part-time role for the right person.

If you’re a registered healthcare professional who wants to use your unique clinical skills to help people flourish after catastrophic injury, we’d love to welcome you to our team-orientated business. You’ll have the flexibility and freedom to come up with creative and therapeutic solutions for your clients.

Expert Mentorship: You’ll receive a dynamic and thorough 12-week induction and be paired with a professional mentor to support your growth from day one. We’re a small, dynamic team with a big reputation for handling the most complex cases including brain, spinal, and brachial plexus injuries.

People First: From casual dress every day to charity work and various wellbeing initiatives, we ensure our team feels supported, valued, and socially connected. We’re a supportive community built on empathy, reflection, and high professional standards. As a Case Manager with us, you’re joining a leadership team that understands the demands of your role. We invest heavily in your Continued Professional Development (CPD) and provide an experienced administration team to ensure you can focus on what matters most: your clients.

About the Role: It’s a dynamic and flexible role that requires high levels of empathy and professional curiosity. You’ll be working in the community, often face-to-face in hospitals and homes, helping clients navigate the journey after life-changing injuries. Carrying out comprehensive assessments and formulating bespoke plans to help our clients achieve their optimum level of independence.

Relationship Building: Developing deep, trusting bonds with clients, families, and legal firms. Working hand-in-hand with lawyers, rehab specialists, and therapists to find creative answers to complex challenges.

Professional Excellence: Writing accurate, detailed reports and maintaining digital records with a calm and confident head, even when under pressure.

You should have HCPC or NMC registration, ideally with a background in Case Management, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work. You’ve a warm, professional manner and the ability to write detailed, high-quality, sensitive reports. You’re a confident user of Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping platforms. A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are essential for visiting clients across the North West and beyond. Experience working in the community rather than a single fixed location.

Your Package and Perks:

  • Dress Code: Casual dress code every day (when not meeting clients/families).
  • Time Off: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Access to regular professional supervision and mentorship, alongside various staff wellbeing initiatives and social events.

Interview: A face-to-face meeting at our Standish office to meet the Directors and get a feel for our culture.

How to Apply: If you're ready to use your clinical skills as our next Case Manager, we’d love to hear from you. We’re committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our clients.
