At Browns Case Management, we're looking for a Business Support Manager to join our Standish hub during an exciting period of growth. This is a brand-new role designed for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity and who wants the autonomy to shape a business from the inside out. If you're a resilient professional who loves solving problems and removing obstacles to help a team flourish, we'd love to welcome you to the team.

  • Real Impact: From charity events to community involvement, you'll be at the heart of a business that prioritises people over corporate KPIs.

Why join Browns Case Management? We believe that high-quality support is the foundation of great care. We aren't a corporate machine; as our Business Support Manager, you're a critical part of our leadership team. You're helping to rebuild lives piece by piece by ensuring our clinical teams have the best possible foundations to work from. We prioritise a human touch in everything we do, and we make sure our most dedicated leaders are recognised and supported.

About the Role: It's a dynamic and flexible role for a dynamic professional who isn't afraid to take a deep dive into our current ways of working. Your day-to-day as a Business Support Manager will involve:

  • Providing supportive line management to our established team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Finding creative solutions to remove obstacles and finding new ways to streamline our workflows, perhaps even using AI to improve our digital efficiency.
  • Working closely with the directors to further develop existing documentation, systems and processes and ways of working that support our ongoing growth.
  • Getting involved in our social, charity, and networking events, acting as an ambassador for the Browns brand.

You've a proven track record of leading and nurturing teams as a Business Support Manager or similar.

  • Communication: You're a warm, professional communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are essential.
  • A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and background vetting.
  • Experience within a CQC, adult care, or healthcare setting.
  • A background in marketing or experience using AI tools to streamline business processes.
  • A thorough induction period to support your transition to the role.
  • Dress Code: Casual dress code every day (when not representing the business externally).
  • Support: Access to regular wellbeing initiatives, personal development opportunities, and a supportive, flat leadership structure.
  • A face-to-face meeting at our Standish office to meet the directors.
