This is a brand-new role designed for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity and who wants the autonomy to shape a business from the inside out. Strategic Autonomy: This isn't a "business as usual" role. You'll work alongside the directors with the freedom to be creative and implement your own ideas.

Your day-to-day as a Business Support Manager will involve:
- Providing supportive line management to our established team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Finding creative solutions to remove obstacles and finding new ways to streamline our workflows, perhaps even using AI to improve our digital efficiency.
- Working closely with the directors to further develop existing documentation, systems and processes and ways of working that support our ongoing growth.
- Getting involved in our social, charity, and networking events, acting as an ambassador for the Browns brand.
You've a proven track record of leading and nurturing teams as a Business Support Manager or similar.
Communication: You're a warm, professional communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are essential.
A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and background vetting.
Experience within a CQC, adult care, or healthcare setting.
A background in marketing or experience using AI tools to streamline business processes.
A thorough induction period to support your transition to the role.
Dress Code: Casual dress code every day (when not representing the business externally).
