About the Role:

It’s a dynamic and flexible role that requires high levels of empathy and professional curiosity. You’ll be working in the community, often face-to-face in hospitals and homes, helping clients navigate the journey after life-changing injuries.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Nurturing Independence: Carrying out comprehensive assessments and formulating bespoke plans to help our clients achieve their optimum level of independence.
  • Relationship Building: Developing deep, trusting bonds with clients, families, and legal firms. This includes being a compassionate presence in emotional settings and advocating for your clients' needs.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Working hand-in-hand with lawyers, rehab specialists, and therapists to find creative answers to complex challenges.
  • Professional Excellence: Writing accurate, detailed reports and maintaining digital records with a calm and confident head, even when under pressure.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • You’re a registered healthcare professional (e.g., HCPC or NMC), ideally with a background in Case Management, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
  • You’ve a warm, professional manner and the ability to write detailed, high-quality, sensitive reports.
  • You’re a confident user of Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping platforms.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are essential for visiting clients across the North West and beyond.
  • You’re empathetic rather than sympathetic. You can set firm but fair boundaries and you’ve a natural curiosity to find the best outcome for your clients and their families.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the community rather than a single fixed location.
  • Direct experience in case management or working with catastrophic injuries such as brain or spinal trauma.

Your Package and Perks:

  • Dress Code: Casual dress code every day (when not meeting clients/families).
  • Induction: A dedicated 12-week induction period to ensure you’re fully comfortable in your new role.
  • Time Off: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Support: Access to regular professional supervision and mentorship, alongside various staff wellbeing initiatives and social events.

Our Interview Process:

  1. Apply: Submit your CV and answer our few short screening questions.
  2. Screening: A friendly call with our team to discuss your clinical experience and why you’re interested in case management.
  3. Interview: A face-to-face meeting at our Standish office to meet the Directors and get a feel for our culture.
