We are seeking to recruit a Breakfast & After School Club Manager to work at Brownlow Primary School, starting in August 2026. The role involves working 7:30‑8:30 am and 3:15‑5:45 pm, with an additional 25 minutes per day for management (19 hrs 35 min per week) during term time, Monday‑Friday for 38 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Breakfast and After School clubs.
- Ensure children are eating and playing in a safe, friendly environment.
- Collaborate with the team to support pupil wellbeing and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role with children.
- Clear understanding of key policies such as Child Protection and Behaviour Management.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work flexibly within a team.
- Respectful and caring towards pupils.

Salary and Working Hours
- Actual Salary: £11,116.91 – £11,292.99 (FTE £25,191 – £25,590) with a generous annual leave entitlement of 5.7 weeks paid holiday, rising to 6.27 weeks after five years’ continuous service.
- Local Government Pension Scheme membership is included.
- Working hours: Monday‑Friday only during term time, 7:30‑8:30 am and 3:15‑5:45 pm, plus an additional 25 minutes for management.
