We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of infrastructure works on a live civil engineering project. This role will suit a hands-on engineer with a strong background in setting out, quality control and day-to-day technical support across heavy civils and infrastructure environments.
The scope of works will include drainage, reinforced concrete works, culverts and roads, so we are keen to speak with individuals who have delivered a mix of highways, groundworks, utilities/water or wider infrastructure packages.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting out and surveying works
- Checking line and level
- Interpreting drawings
- Managing QA documentation
- Ensuring work is delivered in line with specification, programme and site standards
You will also work closely with the site team, subcontractors and management to resolve technical issues, maintain progress on site and ensure works are completed safely and correctly first time.
