Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 national Civil Engineering firm to hire a Sub Agent to join their permanent team based in Middlesborough.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities
- Coordinate with engineering staff and support where needed
- Monitor and report progress against project schedule and milestones
- Ensure HSE compliance
- Assist in preparation of site reports and RAMS
- Maintain accurate records
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a site-based supervisory role (Section Engineer/Project Engineer)
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- CSCS Card
