Key Responsibilities: * Driving production * Hands on leadership, overseeing a high-quality delivery of works * Management of on-site H&S * On site toolbox talks * Inductions * Monitoring site timelines, budgets and resources * Issuing Permits * Maintain accurate documentation * RAMS * Managements or self delivery and subcontract workforce * Completing daily site diaries * Effective management of hands-on work with documentation requirements.
