We're looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering projects across the water, utilities and environmental infrastructure sectors. No previous Site Engineering experience is required. We're happy to consider a fresh graduate with the right attitude who wants to build a long-term career in civil engineering. What You'll Learn Working alongside experienced Engineers and Site Agents, you'll develop practical experience in: * Setting out using modern surveying equipment * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Surveying and producing as-built information * QA, ITPs and engineering records * Supporting earthworks, drainage, pipelines and concrete works * Working with site teams to solve engineering problems * Planning and coordinating construction activities * Health, safety and environmental controls * Understanding how civil engineering projects are delivered from mobilisation through to handover What We're Looking For * Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline * Genuine interest in site-based civil engineering * Willingness to learn and take responsibility * Comfortable working outdoors as part of a construction team * Good communication and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence advantageous Why Join?
