  • Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to protect commercial performance
  • Identifying commercial risk and opportunity throughout project delivery
  • Preparing and agreeing valuations and applications for payment
  • Managing final accounts with clients and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

  • NEC3 and/or NEC4 experience would be advantageous
  • Strong cost reporting, forecasting and subcontract management capability
  • The confidence to work closely with operational teams and take ownership of commercial matters
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

You don't necessarily need to already have years of experience carrying the Senior QS title.
