Brownhills Motorhomes are currently seeking a Receptionist – an exciting opportunity to join our successful company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone, ensuring all calls are forwarded to the correct department or personnel politely and efficiently.
- Report any problems with the automated system promptly.
- Follow up on any calls not returned to customers.
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival, ensuring they sign in and out for Health and Safety purposes.
- Keep the lounge area for customers clean and tidy.
- Perform outward bound postal duties – ensure mail is ready for collection 4:30 pm daily.
- Issue card keys to customers and inform those wishing to use the swimming pool of the rules.
- Maintain the tea and coffee area, keeping supplies topped up and the area clean and tidy.
Skills Required:
- Confident, cheerful disposition with excellent customer service skills.
- Polite, warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Punctual, able to prioritize work.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and document accurately.
- Flexibility and IT literacy.
Hours of Work: Wednesday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. 30‑minute unpaid lunch break each day. When other receptionists are absent, covering additional hours will be compensated in lieu.
