We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, smart and motivated individual to the role of Cover Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise whole classes to cover short term absence of teachers, and to allow teachers to carry out professional duties and training. You will give instructions for the lesson as provided by the teacher and keep students on task whilst maintaining good order and behaviour.
In this role, you will need clear communication skills and the ability to relate well to both students and staff. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students. If you have experience supporting teaching and learning in schools, enjoy working with young people to make a difference, this may be the role for you!
It is essential you have GCSE Maths, English and Science A*-C or equivalent, good literacy and numeracy skills, excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office.
