Role Description
The Scaffolding Apprentice role is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position based in Bethersden. Responsibilities include assisting experienced scaffolders in constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures, transporting materials, performing site assessments, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining tools and equipment. Apprentices will receive training to develop their skills and gain certifications required for the scaffolding industry.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and a willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in diverse weather conditions
- Strong communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive attitude
- Motivation to complete an apprenticeship and gain relevant scaffolding certifications
- Prior experience in construction or similar industries is a plus but not required
