Role Description
The Scaffolding Apprentice role is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position based in Bethersden. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting experienced scaffolders in constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures
- Transporting materials
- Performing site assessments
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintaining tools and equipment
Apprentices will receive training to develop their skills and gain certifications required for the scaffolding industry.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and a willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in diverse weather conditions
- Strong communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive attitude
