In this apprenticeship, you will work at the heart of our construction operations—monitoring activity on site to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our teams, supporting the smooth delivery of projects, and helping maintain the high standards of quality Browne is known for. You will be a visible presence in the field, working closely with operational teams, gaining experience in coordinating works, and interacting with stakeholders such as homeowners, businesses and local authorities.
This structured programme blends practical site experience with day-release study towards your Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification, offering a clear pathway into a rewarding long-term career. As a frontline supervisor of the future, you will be central to delivering projects that protect the environment and improve essential infrastructure across our communities.
Please note that the contractual location for this role can be Falmer. Our sites are based in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire and you will be required to attend sites within these areas on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
