We are looking for a dedicated System Improvement Administrator to join our new Legal Operations team. This role is pivotal in enhancing and supporting he functionality and user engagement of our firm-wide matter management system. As a System Improvement Administrator, you will support the implementation of developments, user acceptance testing (UAT), and acting as a system champion to assist training teams, the product owner, and other stakeholders.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated System Improvement Administrator to join our new Legal Operations team. This role is pivotal in enhancing and supporting he functionality and user engagement of our firm-wide matter management system. As a System Improvement Administrator, you will support the implementation of developments, user acceptance testing (UAT), and acting as a system champion to assist training teams, the product owner, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the data improvement group to identify and discuss potential system enhancements and corrections.
- Maintain up-to-date contact details for key entities such as Courts, Mediators, and Experts.
- Support on the implement of changes based on exception reports or recommendations from the data improvement group to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Assist in the UAT process to ensure that new features function as intended before full deployment.
- Provide knowledge and assistance in system functionalities to support training teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for system-related queries and training needs.
- Regularly report to the product owner on areas of low engagement, offering insights and recommendations to boost user interaction and satisfaction.
- Assist with the preparation of process documentation and training materials.
- Maintain and amend access permissions for restricted matters, ensuring compliance with security protocols and privacy guidelines.
