The role involves playing a pivotal role in building successful client relationships, contributing to the firm's continued growth through business development and branding, and delivering excellent client service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of Care Quality Commission regulation, including enforcement matters such as the imposition of conditions, suspension or cancellation of registration, and prosecution.
  • Supporting corporate clients through CQC registration applications, audit preparation and due diligence on corporate transactions.
  • Advising in respect of OFSTED registration and enforcement in respect of childcare services.
