Job Description

We’re looking for a talented PMO Analyst to support the effective delivery of change and strategic programmes across our firm.

The role

As a PMO Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of our Business Change & Delivery team, playing a central role in embedding consistent project standards, producing meaningful management information, and driving maturity across our growing project portfolio. This is a developmental role designed to grow with you, offering real scope for progression as our PMO function matures and our governance structures are embedded firm‑wide – making it a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and developing the firm's project portfolio, ensuring all active initiatives are accurately tracked and reported, and producing portfolio‑level dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Supporting governance activities – including preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for project governance forums – while championing consistent PMO standards and providing guidance to project managers and business owners across the firm.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance PMO processes and tools, supporting benefit tracking and post‑implementation reviews, and staying abreast of best practice in project and portfolio management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly for a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrable interest in or experience of project management, PMO, or change management environments – ideally within a professional services or legal setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of attention to detail, a collaborative and proactive approach, and the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
