Job Description
We're looking for a Knowledge Engineer to build internal AI use cases that drive real change across the firm.
The role
As a Knowledge Engineer, you'll sit within our Knowledge Management department with a clear focus on building and delivering internal AI use cases agreed by the Transformation board. You'll enjoy hands-on, practical work, moving comfortably between different practice groups and work types, and you'll bring a positive mindset and genuine curiosity about what legal technology can deliver.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building AI use cases identified by the Transformation board, taking them from initial requirements through to working, tested versions ready for fee earners to use.
- Working closely with nominated fee earners throughout each build - testing and refining draft outputs based on their feedback, and mapping and documenting the prompts, logic, assumptions and decisions underlying each build so they can be explained, reviewed and ported.
- Owning multiple workstreams in parallel, keeping the Knowledge Infrastructure and Governance Manager and other stakeholders informed on progress, risks and timelines.
