Are you ready to help us shape the future of IT learning, to support our firm's ongoing growth and transformation? We’re seeking an experienced IT Training team leader to provide operational leadership and strategic direction for our training function, whilst actively creating and delivering high-quality content.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop our IT training team, managing performance and ensuring quality delivery standards
- Drive adoption of innovative training tools including Learning Management Systems, digital platforms and blended learning approaches
- Design and deliver diverse training materials from ‘How To’ guides to eLearning modules and videos
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support successful technology adoption
What we’re looking for:
- Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Understanding of legal technology including time recording, case and document management
- Ability to foster an inclusive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles and accessibility requirements
