Here at Browne Jacobson, our Client & Marketing team are recruiting for an Events Assistant to be based out of our Nottingham office. This role will focus on supporting the delivery of both internal and external events — digital, in‑person, and exhibition — that drive client engagement and business development. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in events, with hands‑on experience across a broad range of formats and the chance to grow into managing and leading your own events over time.
Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of events end‑to‑end – managing inboxes and calendars, coordinating merchandise and marketing materials, and liaising with suppliers, venues, and logistics partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent standards are upheld across all activity.
- Handle stakeholder‑facing interactions, collaborating with senior members of the firm and working in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
