Document Solutions Coordinator to help deliver seamless, business-critical document services to both internal and external clients across the firm.
The role
As a Document Solutions Coordinator, you'll play a key part in supporting the Document Solutions team in providing a high-quality client experience in line with the firm's brand values and standards.
You'll also step up to deputise in the absence of the Team Leader, making this a varied and rewarding role with real scope for responsibility.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the allocation of workloads across the team and ensuring all work is delivered in line with SLAs and agreed targets.
- Delivering a broad range of document services, including printing and reprographic work, scanning, electronic document creation and transmission, incoming and outgoing mail, and records management.
- Promoting Business Operations' services across the firm and helping to maintain development plans for team members in relation to IT, information security and equipment.
