Join to apply for the Client Programme Manager role at Browne Jacobson. We are hiring! The firm is in the market for our first Client Programme Manager on a permanent basis. Based out of any of our UK Offices, the Client Programme Manager needs to help establish and run commercially considered and market‑leading Ascensus and Alumni programmes which will not only cement our relationship with current clients & contacts but demonstrate to prospective clients that we are well connected and build our profile in the market.
We envisage that the Client Programme Manager will focus 1 day a week on the Alumni programme with the remaining time spent on the Ascensus programme. The Ascensus programme is aimed at in‑house lawyers and business leaders, and is designed to support, educate and connect its members across the UK and international professional services sector. We aim to keep them up to speed with updates to the law as well as changes in working practices and leadership trends through physical, hybrid and online workshops, seminars and events, and a host of other resources.
The firm currently doesn’t have an established Alumni programme. This role would support the creation of a strategic programme to develop a valuable community that fosters relationships and generates opportunities; we need to stay connected to ex‑employees for both BD & Connector purposes, but also more broadly to drive our D&I agenda.
This role would suit a candidate with a strong mix of marketing, BD, programme development and stakeholder engagement with someone who prides themselves on fostering strong working relationships with clients and internal senior stakeholders.
