We are seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our CoSec team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Some experience supporting UK corporate clients within a company secretarial team is desirable.
You will help ensure statutory documents are submitted on time, including confirmation statements and annual accounts, draft and file Companies House forms, prepare board minutes and resolutions, and keep statutory registers up to date. The role also involves using Diligent Entities software, sending reminders, and handling routine queries.
We are looking for someone with strong IT and organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a focus on client service. Experience with Diligent Entities is helpful but not essential.
