Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual French and English Junior Assistant Company Secretary to support our Company Secretarial (CoSec) team and clients. You'll help ensure statutory filings and corporate governance matters are managed accurately and on time, while working closely with colleagues and clients across multiple locations.

You'll help ensure statutory filings and corporate governance matters are managed accurately and on time, while working closely with colleagues and clients across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare standard company secretarial documentation, including board minutes, resolutions, and resignation letters.
- Draft and file Companies House forms and statutory documents.
- Support annual compliance processes, including confirmation statements and annual accounts.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records.
- Assist with company incorporations using CoSec software.
- Respond to routine company secretarial queries.
What we're looking for
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience in UK company secretarial administration or corporate governance.
- Knowledge of Companies House filing requirements.
- Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Experience with Diligent Entities is beneficial but not essential.
