Join one of the largest specialist teams in the health sector and one of the leading advisers to health bodies in England and Wales. We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence team, to be based in our Cardiff office.
Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to conduct clinical negligence claims on behalf of defendant clients, particularly the NHS LA, providing a range of high-quality legal services on complex matters. You will manage your own caseload including high value and complex claims, whilst delegating and supervising tasks to more junior lawyers.
Qualifications
We are looking for a flexible, ambitious and results-oriented lawyer with clinical negligence experience (preferably defendant). Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are essential, as is a keen interest in taking responsibility and developing the business.
