Browne Jacobson are currently recruiting for our first dedicated Cardiff based Practice Assistant. Support 7 Fee Earners across our Corporate and Commercial teams, the role will act as the single point of contact for fee earners and the completion of their work.
Responsibilities
- The role will undertake all aspects of the Practice Assistant role, or where appropriate, manage the workflow by utilising Team Assistants and Shared Services, retaining ownership and accountability of all tasks through to completion.
- Provide a high quality, comprehensive workflow management and organisational service to fee earners in the group and exceptional client service.
- Supporting client relationships, managing admin duties, managing financial and billing requirements are amongst the many tasks associated with this role.
- Collaborative and pragmatic legal support professional, comfortable managing multiple conflicting priorities in an efficient and timely manner.
