We act for the full spectrum of public sector clients – central and local government, arms‑length bodies, regional government, wholly‑owned companies, and public/private partnerships – and we’re looking for a Senior Associate to join us at the heart of that work.

Responsibilities

  • Public procurement and the Procurement Act 2023
  • Subsidy control and the Subsidy Control Act 2022
  • Grant funding design and drafting
  • Commercial contracts and high‑value public sector deals
  • Regeneration projects and corporate governance
  • Adjacent public law issues

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from candidates with strength in either public procurement or subsidy control; you don’t need to be an expert in both.
