We are hiring in our Legal Support Services team! Our Legal Support Services team is looking for a Practice Assistant to join the firm on a permanent basis. Working in our Business & Professional Risk department, and based in our Birmingham or Nottingham office, you will be the single point of contact for fee earners, supporting them with the completion of their work. Whilst you may delegate tasks to our Team Assistants and Shared Services team, you will retain full ownership for all work through to completion.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard
  • Advanced knowledge of document management/case management systems
