Learning & Development Specialist in Birmingham

We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Knowledge Management department and design and deliver high-quality learning interventions that make a real impact across the firm.

The role involves working closely with the L&D Manager and the wider Knowledge Management department, taking ownership of the design and delivery of engaging learning programmes and building confident relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This opportunity would suit someone with solid L&D experience, ideally from a professional services background, who is proactive, creative and able to adapt readily to changing priorities with a positive, can-do mindset.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering broad-appeal training programmes and resources, including face-to-face, virtual and self-serve interventions that appeal to a range of learning styles.
• Reviewing and revising learning resources to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with learning goals, and designing post-learning feedback and pulse checks to gather meaningful learner insights.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm and developing and maintaining partnerships with external training providers to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
