We're looking for a talented Associate to join our Criminal Compliance & Regulatory team. As an Associate, you'll help support the development of an expanding regulatory team, with the opportunity to be involved in marketing and growing the practice. You'll be expected to take on responsibility from the outset but will form part of the team with the necessary supervision, training and support to maximise your potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising and assisting private clients in connection with compliance and regulatory matters
- Advising and representing clients in respect of product recall
- Defending regulatory investigations and prosecutions conducted by the HSE, Environment Agency, police, local authorities and other regulators
