This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality legal services specialising in a mix of high net worth private client work, including advising on wills and trusts, estate and succession planning, personal tax, probate, and powers of attorney. Provide specialist advice in private client, trust, and tax planning for our private clients, working closely with our corporate tax and property teams. Offer guidance on wills, trusts, gifts, probate, powers of attorney, and personal tax matters (income, capital gains, and inheritance taxes). Resolve issues in trust law and tax planning, promoting initiatives to this end. Proficient IT and keyboard skills, comfortable with MS Office. Familiarity with both online and library research facilities. Commitment to stay up-to-date with legal developments through reading journals and online updates. Individuals with a basic level of experience in preparing wills, trusts, and related private client documents. Team players who are highly committed, flexible, ambitious, focused, and results-oriented. Familiarity with IT, particularly Microsoft Office and ideally case management systems.
