We are expanding and are looking for a talented Associate (0-2 years PQE) to join our award-winning corporate team, based in Cardiff. We are the only national law firm to have invested in a permanent, high-calibre corporate team in Wales, delivering the personal, relationship-driven service of a deeply rooted local team with the reach, resource and expertise of a leading national firm. Browne Jacobson has immediately positioned itself as a key player in the local legal landscape, winning significant mandates from high-profile clients and kick-starting a compelling trajectory of growth. With a move in early 2026 to a brand-new office in One Central Square, providing space for more than 150 people, and plans to rapidly become a full service offering in Cardiff, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join the journey with us!
The successful candidate will work on a variety of high-profile corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring deals.
