Job Description
We are seeking to further enhance the market-leading Regeneration capability within our Government and Infrastructure team through the recruitment of an Associate with experience of supporting public sector bodies and/or suppliers to the public sector on the delivery of complex projects.
The Role:
You will focus on the delivery of major regeneration projects for public, private, and third sector clients. This includes high-profile schemes involving joint ventures and innovative delivery methods. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, drafting transactional documents, providing tailored advice, particularly on public procurement, and maintaining client relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong transaction management skills, excellent drafting abilities, and effective communication. You should be dynamic, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines. Prior experience working on Regeneration projects would be welcomed but is not a prerequisite.
