We're looking for a talented Standards Coordinator to support the Facilities Management team on a 12-month FTC. The role will focus on maintaining and developing administrative functions, with a focus on management and industry standards, health, safety and environmental compliance, and data collation.

As a Standards Coordinator, you'll support the Facilities Director to maintain and develop the administrative functions of the Facilities Management team, with a particular focus on existing management and industry standards, health, safety and environmental compliance, and data collation. There will also be a focus on the coordination and upkeep of the firm's international management standards, ISO:14001 (and ideally ISO:22301, though not essential), ensuring their maintenance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and develop varied procedures, systems and records to ensure ease of accessibility, while gathering, inputting, checking and interpreting data for performance and trends.
  • Co-ordinate calendars and schedules, liaise with service providers for operational delivery, and participate in internal and external auditing activities.
  • Input, monitor and pursue corrective and preventive actions, identifying and acting on opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Understanding and experience of implementing and/or maintaining international management standards (e.g. ISO:14001, 22301, 9001, 45001).
  • Experience of working within a standards/compliance focused team, including statutory duties, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional departmental communication.
  • A personable, approachable and proactive team player with strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to work, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
