Intellectual Property is a fast-paced and ever changing environment with advancements and new found knowledge occurring regularly. As that’s the case, we are looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Litigator to join our Knowledge Management Team working as a Professional Development Lawyer.
This role will deliver a quality service to our IP and Litigation practices focusing on pro-actively keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments within these areas. Partnering with Fee Earners across the business, the role will focus on delivering these updates in engaging and innovative ways to provide Fee Earners with the knowledge to advise clients and build meaningful and powerful relationships.
Some of the duties of the role include:

Drafting, reviewing and maintaining relevant precedents, knowhow and materials.

Delivering (or supporting the delivery of) training and knowhow sessions to the IP and commercial litigation practices, the wider firm and clients, on a range of commercial litigation-related topics.

Liaising with providers of third-party knowledge and precedent collections and applications on behalf of the IP and commercial litigation practices.

Providing peer review to client-facing insights via website articles, seminars and webinars.

Helping to capture and share knowledge within the IP and commercial litigation practices.

Working with our wider innovation group and Knowledge Management department designing new processes, including adopting technology solutions, to make working practices more efficient and up to date.
