We're looking for a talented

Procurement Analyst to support the growing maturity of our procurement function and help drive supplier excellence across our supply chain.

The role

As a

Procurement Analyst , you'll report to the Head of Procurement, playing a key part in a newly created role that supports the development of our procurement function at Browne Jacobson.

You'll help ensure our suppliers align with the needs of our clients and meet expectations around DEI and sustainability, sharing insights and findings from data collection with the procurement team and the wider firm.

What you'll be doing

Drawing on your analytical skills, you'll take ownership of key procurement activities, including:

  • Managing the firm's supplier due diligence process to ensure an appropriate assessment of the risk profile of new and existing suppliers.
  • Developing a KPI structure and related reporting to plan, track and measure procurement and supplier activities and performance.
  • Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to improve sustainability and DEI visibility across our supply chains, and introducing strategies to increase engagement with diverse and local suppliers - including tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a genuine interest in applying AI-enabled solutions to drive smarter procurement outcomes.
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the firm and external suppliers.
  • Experience working within a procurement team (indirect procurement experience particularly valued), ideally within a legal, financial services, or other regulated or professional services environment - though this is not essential.
