Our Legal Support team is in the market for a Practice Support Manager to support the Real Estate legal department and its legal support staff allocated to this team. Based out of our Nottingham office, this is a high-impact management role, where you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of a first-class legal support service.
You will lead, coach and develop a team of Practice Assistants and Team Assistants, managing performance, wellbeing and workload allocation to ensure consistent service excellence. Equally important is your appetite for continuous improvement. You will review existing processes and systems, drive efficiencies, lead on department projects and champion best practice — keeping pace with regulatory developments and evolving client needs.
To thrive in this role, you will bring demonstrable experience in a management position within a legal or professional services environment, strong people leadership skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. If you are motivated by making a real difference to how legal support services are delivered, we would love to hear from you.
