We're looking for a Document Solutions Coordinator to help deliver seamless, business-critical document services to both internal and external clients across the firm.
The role involves supporting the Document Solutions team in providing a high-quality client experience in line with the firm's brand values and standards. You'll also step up to deputise in the absence of the Team Leader, making this a varied and rewarding role with real scope for responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating the allocation of workloads across the team and ensuring all work is delivered in line with SLAs and agreed targets.
- Delivering a broad range of document services, including printing and reprographic work, scanning, electronic document creation and transmission, incoming and outgoing mail, and records management.
- Promoting Business Operations' services across the firm and helping to maintain development plans for team members in relation to IT, information security and equipment.
- Supervisory experience in a document production or distribution environment, with a proven ability to motivate teams and build team morale.
- Excellent IT skills, including a minimum typing speed of 45wpm and strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
- An effective communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, manage business expectations, and problem-solve calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines.
