Delivery Manager Team Business Change & Delivery Vacancy owner Jen Foster, We're looking for a talented Delivery Manager to join our Business Change & Delivery team in a senior leadership role., As a Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for driving delivery execution, capacity planning and quality across the firm's programme and project portfolios, leading a team of Programme and Project Managers and embedding a culture of delivery excellence, governance adherence and collaboration across central and practice departments. What you'll be doing

  • Accountable for ensuring all programmes, projects and initiatives are planned, resourced, managed, implemented and reported against in accordance with the governance framework and quality criteria.
  • Lead, manage and develop the delivery team (Programme and Project Managers), operating across the firm's 1-2-3 delivery model (full lifecycle, partnered delivery, consultative).
  • Act as the senior delivery escalation point for live programmes and projects, engaging directly with stakeholders and sponsors as required.Minimum 4 years' experience leading a portfolio of delivery projects while managing a team of programme and project managers, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of a consulting and solution-focused approach to delivery.
  • Experience managing delivery across a broad remit including technology (digital, software, UI/UX), suppliers, people and process change.We offer a flexible and hybrid working model.
