The role involves playing an important part within our IT – Data and Architecture team, collaborating with colleagues to drive improvements in data quality and operational efficiency. You will assist the Data Leads in coordinating the Data team's workload and provide support to legal team members as needed. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data management is essential for keeping the team at the forefront of the field.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date, developing and implementing processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements, conducting data analysis, and generating reports as required.
- Coordinating meetings and supporting documentation, assisting the Data Leads in the coordination of the Data team's workload.
Experience of working with data, combined with strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to perform under pressure is required. The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage your individual workload to ensure delivery of projects within defined timescales is essential, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative approach, keen attention to detail, and a natural enthusiasm for data quality are important traits — someone who actively seeks to work with others towards a shared goal and demonstrates a continuous commitment to excellence.
