- Providing comprehensive administrative and financial support, including managing diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, and taking responsibility for the preparation and completion of complex billing to the highest standards of accuracy.
- Managing priorities and workloads to ensure deadlines are met, maintaining client and matter data within case management systems, and ensuring compliance with firm-wide policies and procedures including Lexcel and Information Security.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, combined with a proven aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard.
- Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment is desirable, giving you the confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
