We are seeking a senior claims handler to join our nationally recognised employment team. Known for its expertise in employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) claims handling, the team works closely with a market-leading insurer and a diverse range of policyholders, providing practical, commercial and solutions-focused advice.
What we are looking for
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience and competence in conducting employment tribunal proceedings. A strong understanding of employment law and hands-on experience of managing employment claims are essential.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with confidence, drive and ambition, together with a genuine desire to learn and develop. Employment law is constantly evolving, and we value individuals who are proactive in keeping abreast of legal developments and committed to delivering outstanding service to clients.
